Wireless Internet Requirements
Customer must:
Be within10 Mile radius of Cyberbay Transmitter Facility
20 Mile distances are possible under certain circumstances with additional
equipment .
Be within a Direct Line of Sight between customers location and Cyberbay
Transmitter facility.
Provide access to adequate and sufficient area to mount an external Antennae
{Example: rooftop, freestanding mast etc.}
Enter into a 1 or 3 year contract of services with Cyberbay Internet Services.
Allow Cyberbay Internet Service access to equipment for preventative or normal maintenance
purposes.
Cyberbay Internet Services will:
Provide Wireless Internet Broadband and Required Equipment at contracted
rate.
Maintain Equipment provided by Cyberbay Internet Services {antennae, router.}
Set up Customers End* of Access point, Install Antennae, configure equipment,
etc.
Provide 24/7 Tech Support for Broadband Internet Access.
